We meet the unique needs of students and academic institutions

The SAP provides on-campus, short-term counseling support and referral for individuals who may be struggling.  Common concerns for SAP, include, and are not limited to, relationship or family issues, burnout, stress, difficulty with peers, health concerns, body image, balancing responsibilities, depression, anxiety, anger management, alcohol or substance use. 

Our SAP services are set apart by being able to provide appointments quickly, on campus or via telehealth. 

Services include:

• Professional assessment, short-term counseling and referral services for personal, academic and family concerns
• In-person, telephonic and video-based counseling options are available
• Consultation and referral for daily living needs such as community resources and financial services
• Consultation for faculty and staff regarding students and situations of concern
• Critical incident stress management following traumatic campus events
• Training on an array of topics pertinent to students and faculty/staff
• Support groups
• Case management for students referred by faculty or staff for academic, behavior or conduct concerns 
• Students may also be referred to any number of campus and/or community resources to meet their needs
